In 2026, the Five Nights at Freddy’s (FNAF) franchise remains highly active with several major game projects following the June 13, 2025, release of Secret of the Mimic. 

New and Upcoming Games in 2026

• Five Laps at Freddy’s: Originally intended for a 2024–2025 window, this Unreal Engine 4 kart-racing spin-off was delayed and is now officially scheduled for a full release in 2026. It features various animatronic characters in a competitive racing format.
• Untitled Steel Wool Game: Steel Wool Studios is currently developing its next major project following Secret of the Mimic. While early teasers are expected in early 2026, a final release date for this suspected twelfth core installment has not yet been confirmed.
• FNAF: Survival Crew: A Roblox-based experience that is being completely rebuilt after an accidental early beta release. Its official full launch is pending as of 2026.

• Five Nights at Freddy’s: Secret of the Mimic (2025): The eleventh main installment, released on June 13, 2025, for PlayStation 5 and PC. It was later released for Xbox Series X|S on December 16, 2025.
